Engineering delivery and quality — one shared view

3. Weekly resource plan — optional
Adds the Team and capacity page. Counts only are read from it — no individual names and no commercial terms are stored.
4. Starbucks master schedule — optional
Adds the Schedule pages: submittal punctuality, where the time goes, and projects ahead.
5. EMI category assignments — optional
EMI’s own list of which of the eleven categories each change belongs to. Where a change appears in it the category is read from the file instead of proposed from the wording, and every row says which of the two it is.
6. Pre-release audit — optional
The audit EMI runs on Starbucks work before engineering release. Adds the Caught before release page, which counts it beside the change notices and never adds the two together.
